Q: Also can you stream from your ipad for iphone i want it for viewing device to from my apple devices , and if so how

Moon does not support casting so unfortunately that will not work.

Q: I want to use it to watch blu-ray/3d/hd freeview, can i connect a hdmi from my player to it ?

Yes, you can connect to a BluRay player (as long as you have a 3D BluRay player for your 3D movies) - I don't know about Freeview as I do not have that box - but as long as it has an HDMI port, I guess it will be fine. I purchased a separate super-duper (4K Gold Plated) HDMI cable (a 5m long one so I could connect and lay back in bed rather than sit a few feet in front of the player) and it has worked a treat. Sadly I was unable to get the Moon Lounge on the headset to work, so I have not been able to use their own services and have had to rely on my BluRay player. You can also connect a Fire Stick to the headset, if that is helpful.
