No, it did not lighten any of my brown spots, gave my skin a youthful appearance and glow.

Does this product really help with age spots?

This is a very good serum for anti-aging. Not sure about exclusive for age spots, but I do use this at night and in the morning my skin does look softer and calm (not as broken out). Hope that helps.

Is this a tanning product to.

No, I don't think it's a tanning product. However, it will smooth the skin to keep your tan looking great. And... help with the aging effects the sun /tanning can have on the skin. Great stuff either way you can't go wrong!
