Doea this set have 134a connectors for high and low side of GM cars?

Mine came with a nice set of 134 push on connectors. Unless GM uses something special, they will fit standard 134 ports.

Is this for multiple types of refridirants?

I know it works on r12, freeze 12, 134a

I noticed on the gauge faces that the degrees are in Celsius. Is there a Fahrenheit measurement on these gauges?

can I add a can of 134 while this unit is connected?

Yes just attach the can to the input (middle) hose. Be sure the high pressure valve is CLOSED!
