Make no mistake about it though, this is still a substitute and carries the same slight bitterness that all of them do that I have ever tried. There are just so many ways that you can disguise potassium chloride and its after taste. But this blend does just about as good a job as any, and, it really is quality salt in there that can be tasted and makes a big difference. Also, this is truly a very fine blend. Much finer than regular table salt. It easily covers your food white giving one the impression you are loading on the salt where in reality you are actually getting far less sodium. I have had to explain that to others that see me salting my food and expression some horror at the amount it appears.
