Does this pillow ensure that you stay on your back?  I purchased another type but found that I was still rolling over.

Hello! We think we know what other pillow you might be talking about that enabled you to still roll over or off of it. The difference with the Back to Beauty Anti-Wrinkle Head Cradle pillow is, it was designed to not just keep you on your back comfortably all night long, but keep your face from falling side to side during sleep, or anything touching it. Your face can not roll over the crescents that cradle you in place. But, if you are not a back sleeper, you will need to train yourself to become one. Even if your head is held in place with Back to Beauty, your body may still want to turn on the side. We recommend using a pillow under your knees to help keep you secured, which is also good for proper spinal alignment. But, if you are really having trouble, you can also place a pillow on each of your sides. (Think how baby positioners work to keep them from rolling over). The more you can secure your body, the easier it will be to become accustom and comfortable sleeping on your back. Hello! All Back to Beauty Anti-Wrinkle Head Cradle beauty pillows come with three removable and washable pillowcases. The "Fitted Plush” pillowcase is already covering the Back to Beauty in the package when it arrives, and the "Crisp Cotton," and "Satin Smooth" pillowcases are folded inside the package. Each package is assembled with these extra pillowcases. Each pillowcase has a zipper for easy removal and washing. You should only use one pillowcase at a time. Because these pillowcases are already included, I do not currently sell them separately. Back to Beauty will also fit within a standard pillowcase if you slide it down vertically and fold the extra material over the back, being sure to note which side is the top. Several customers choose to use their own pillowcases to match their bedding. I have never been contacted by a customer stating they did not receive the extra   pillowcases. I encourage any customer stating they did not receive a pillowcase to contact me directly with their order number so I can rectify this immediately. Already sleep on back but turn my head to the side which is causing some wrinkles. Will this pillow keep my head straight so I am unable to do that?

Hello! I designed the Back to Beauty Anti-Wrinkle Head Cradle pillow for wrinkle prevention to specifically keep your head in place and from falling side to side during sleep. It is small on purpose. In fact, it needs to be somewhat snug to accomplish stability. Please watch my tutorial video.
