BEAUTIFUL FLAVOR
LOVE THIS OIL SO MUCH! IT'S PURE AND I USE IT FOR SAUTE' VEGIES, PUT ON MY SALADS AND GREAT FOR FRYING, WHICH I DON'T DO MUCH OF, BUT IT HAS A HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR THIS. I LIKE THIS OIL IN PLACE OF OLIVE OIL AND HAVE BOUGHT THIS FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. TRY IT YOU WON'T BE SORRY.

High smoke temp
I use this in all my oven dishes that bake at 450 degrees, never an issue, as the smoke point is well over that.

is this truly organic, cold pressed, not refined
Hi I have been using this product for about a year and use it in place of all previously used oils except olive oil. this avocado oil is great for saute or frying and baking. very good smoke point. i would be giving it 5 stars but for one thing, inconsistent labeling regarding organic, cold pressed and not refined. those matter allot to me. i called the company and the gentleman did say they have been changing the labeling and it is somewhat confusing and that he was noting that the label needs updating. he assured me that is is organic, cold pressed and not refined. i will update my rating after the labeling change to 5 stars.

Light, healthier oil hi heat choice
Excellent Oil! It tolerates high heat, is light taste and better for healthy diet as a fruit oil rather than seed oils.

Good quality oil at a great value
I have used the avocado For many dishes and for cooking at high temperatures that other oils would begin smoking. The health benefits are great also. this is a great value for good quality oil.

One of my only Subscriptions
This oil has been my go to in the kitchen for quite a while now. I consider myself a healthy eater and prepare almost all of my meals at home. I am constantly reaching for this avocado oil as my olive oil sits waiting in the cabinet. Because I have a gas range and cook with cast iron, this oil is a must have. The high smoking temp means I can heat up that iron without (much) worry about burning the oil and thus adding off flavors. Anyway, if you want to start cooking more at home, or make a bit of a healthy change, grab this oil. Mange!
