At first I thought someone can just steal it off the wall but since it’s Next to front door with security camera felt safe to put up. It works great and safe way to pay our gardner. I tried taping on wall with gorilla straps but it wouldn’t hold so nailing it to the wall is best. Yeah

2 keys would have been better than just one key.The idea of a backup key in case lock fails or memory fails is a great idea.Bod is a Solid heavy duty construction.

I don't have to worry about a guest checking in late, i just leave the hotel key inside the lock box, very convenient, great price

Guest have easily broke the box by slightly leaning on the box or hammering the lock pin. It does not have a full steel bar to support the bracket and the material is thin enough to crack under slight pressure.After replacing the unit, a defective unit was shipped in its place and I paid for both units. The second unit had a nasty rip in the top which looked like someone had dropped it on something sharp. Once again, it is cute but useless in the event if someone wants in bad enough.

Really nice. But only one key. It took me a few locksmiths, key is different of what we use here.
