(There were literally two black specks in the whole run time.) Colours are very strong indeed. Reds especially pop, even a little too much. The 7.1 sound is also strong. Dialogue was clear. Synths sounded great. Very dark night scenes tend to suffer a little, the only downside. The final shootout is now beautifully intense; reds just seep and bleed into a fantastic captivating finale of complete carnage, almost psychedelic. I can happily say this new restoration is a joy to behold and makes me appreciate all the more this marvelous, macabre masterpiece as De Palma originally intended it to look and feel. Don't hesitate to buy, Universal did a great job bravo.
