Firs well, works as intended

These are great for dehydrating juicy or small items in your COSORI. You set these on top of the metal grate shelves. I have used them for cherry tomatoes.

Have used numerous times and really like them. They are easy to clean too.

excellent choice

First off, I really like this dehydrator. I've used it for jerky, fruits, veggies, and yogurt. These mesh sheets are important for jerky or fragile fruits like tomatoes. They are high quality plastic that worked well and cleaned up quickly with soapy water. Having the sheets allows me to do more with the dehydrator than I could do originally. They were definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

Good news! - The trays work well. I have dehydrated many smaller fruits and vegetables using these. Areas for improvement: 1. The inserts don't go to the edge (see photo) so items can fall through the bigger cracks. 2. There are 6 slots for trays and 6 trays in my dehydrator. One insert came with my dehydrator and the inserts are sold in sets of 2. That means I can either use 5 trays for dehydrating small things (purchase 2 additional sets of 2) or buy a third set and have an extra floating around. I realize that there is additional cost for the company to have extra SKU's - but I would have preferred to have the option purchase 5 additional trays instead of 4.

Perfect fit

Excellent design, elegantly executed. So far very pleased with the results. The fan is 7" and whisper quiet, a critical feature for me. My only quibble is that it comes with a single plastic mesh sheet and extras are sold in pairs. So for a six tray dehydrator you wind up either one short or with an extra. Doesn't make sense to me.

I am enjoying using my dehydrator! The 1st thing I did was strawberries.. They tasted like candy! Don't regret this purchase at all!! No I'm dehydrating calendula flowers and chamomille flowers for teas!

I purchased this over a month ago. Used it many times. Goes in the dishwasher. Great buy!

Perfect for small fruit or kale chips! I've already used it for both.
