A: Cabbage patch size or a bit smaller is perfect for these

**Q: Where to find the measurements of bottles? People reviewed as very small**
A: None found on pkg. Smalls (2) are 3 1/4" larger (2) ones are 5". Approximately 1 1/4" diameter.

**Q: Will it work with kookamunga kids 16 inch interactive baby?**
A: Not familiar with that doll but my granddaughters doll was 20 inch and it was fine so I’m assuming so

**Q: Is the nipple long enough to trigger the sound mechanism in the baby alive baby lil sounds doll?**
A: I cannot advise in good conscience on this question because both the baby alive and the bottles are wrapped or I'd double check. I'm not really certain because of the depth of the mouths on the different baby alive dolls, vary.
