TYMO Ring Hair Straightener Brush, 2-in-1 Straightening Brush & Hot Comb

This is a solid and good quality hair straightener. The color is as it appears. It's also the perfect size for me. I used this twice and did not have nearly the amount of damage I had while using a flat iron all these years. My hair was basically back to normal versus using the flat iron, which would leave my hair crispy for days, even after using my preheat spray. It took a little bit to get used to using. I had to make sure there were no knots in my hair, so I brushed it really well. Then, I used my preheat spray. Once I did that, I used this on small sections on my hair. I used the first 3rd dot setting, which did the job, but to get it pin straight. Then I used the 4th dot afterwards. I have hair that is dyed, kind of thin, and wavy. Still, my hair was smooth as shiny afterward. As long as I brush and use a small enough section, not too thick, it was easy to use. I alsonhave to make sure to clean out rhe bristles after each pass so the next batch doesn't get stuck on the bristles. I think I can use this way more often than my flat straightener. The hair doesn't stay straightened for as long as aftwe using a flat iron, but I'm ok with it because I would rather have less damaged hair. I'm very happy with this hair straightener.

It’s a lot easier to use than regular flat iron. My hair looks so smooth. I can also curl my hair with it.

It's a weird straightener and there's quite a bit of a learning curve to use it. You literally have to feed the hair into the tines. Then it works and quickly. I don't use it often because of the fear of breakage.

This made my hair shiny and straight. My natural hair is a problem. Every strand has a mind of its own. I love it and bought my daughter one for Christmas. It works so fast and it doesn’t damage my hair. It has the auto shut off feature that I love. Price was reasonable. I’d definitely recommend it.

It works so well, I gifted one to my bonus Mom and little sister. I have thick hair and have to do my hair by separating sections. But my bonus Mom and sister both have thinner hair and it does a really great job of straightening on all 3 of us. Highly recommended.

I have been wanting to try this brush for a while and finally broke down and bought it. It works fine it just isn't for me. It was not easy for me to maneuver as I was trying to straighten my hair. Maybe if I would have used it a few more times but I don't have patients for that. Lol. Also, it probably works great on really long hair. My hair is about an inch or more below my shoulders. It heated up fast no issues with that. It's on the heavy side also. It was a great price. So for now I'll go back to my flatiron.

This hair straightener works better than I expected. I'm well pleased with how it straightens my kinky hair.

I am Latin, dark hair, wavy almost curly, a lot of quantity! And I am 39 weeks pregnant so I was looking like crazy for a hair tool fast and easy to use and that leaves my hair totally straight. I saw a video of the Tymo and I loved the reviews so I ordered and is better than the reviews. The best thing I have ever tried. Cheap but very good quality, leaves the hair looking healthy, the fastest one I have ever tried, just perfect. If you see too much smoke is because you have conditioner or a product in your hair you are not washing good because I didn’t see any smoke and I put the max temperature. And just that. Go get it. it didn't really meet my expectations but obviously it won't be leaving your hair pin straight like an iron but it really is the best it does the job well and I thought it won't survive sweat and heat but it did survive hair do become wavvy but not frizzy even after I went to the gym it was the same just a little wavvy I used it on night it arrived and next day it was still the same even after the gym for two days my hair was the same it only became curly and frizzy when my hair got wet with water it went back to normal but definitely I was impressed by the way it stayed the same after sweating till today it's same only the ends that touched water is curly but I'd say the key to keep it that way would definitely be to keep straightening your hair 5 to 6 times on one side doing it again and again definitely helps and gives a good look to the hair and straightens the hair like an iron so the key would be to keep doing it till you are satisfied with the look
