Will this tool work to give body to fine curly hair when straightening? Not a flat look like an iron?

It can give a wavy to straight look, and you can flip it near the ends to give shape so it wont be so flat and straight

Can this create waves too?

This can create a curl under or out, this is more of a straightening product, It is a great straightening product, the best one I have tried in years
