This waist trainer is very comfortable and fits well under clothing. It provides good support and helps shape the waist beautifully without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material is soft but firm enough to give a nice compression. I like that it stays in place during the day and is easy to adjust. It’s perfect for everyday use or workouts. Overall, a great body shaper with excellent quality and results!

I am 5'5" and 147lbs. I had a baby a few months ago and, thanks to this pandemic, have only now just been able to get back into the gym. Purchased this to smooth out my tummy area since I have a mom pooch and some new side rolls. It does a decent job at smoothing out my stomach area but creates two new rolls on my back. These "back boobs" are just as unsightly as the tummy rolls. I haven't decided if I'm keeping this or not. It might still work with some outfits that require a jacket or sweater that can hide my back. I do wish it came up just a bit higher though. Other than that issue, it's been comfortable to wear, no rolling down, and I don't get overly heated. The material is fairly breathable.

If you've just given birth or have a swollen belly, I recommend this. It gives you liposuction. This girdle/blumer compresses the abdomen well and is very comfortable. It doesn't bother you at all, and you wear it under your clothes so it's not noticeable.

I didn’t pay attention to the packaging when I placed the order because I never thought an undergarment manufacturer would ship their products in transparent zip lock for all the world to see, immortalized to the cloud by the Amazon delivery person who conspicuously placed the clearly visible undies facing the neighborhood for the front door photo. Learn from my mistake. The actual product is good for the price. It fits as expected. It works if I wear a loose top because the top band creates a muffin top. There is no boning and the crotch doesn’t have a split. For special wear, I would stick to the really expensive brand that will smooth all the lumps and bumps all the way to the bra but this has a place for everyday wear. It’s comfortable enough to wear when you go out casual but still look put together. The price is cheap enough to toss into the wash machine. Just check if you can get more discrete packaging.

Ordered the suggested size, but it was too big I think. It was saggy at the crotch and not tight enough to pull in the mid section. The sides did it pinch and it felt like it would be comfortable, but it didn’t do what I thought it would.

I'm 5'7", 125 lbs and I ordered the small. These are exactly what I was looking for. I tend to wear high-waist compression leggings for the all-around waist compression. I've found that it helps my IBS symptoms immensely. I was looking for some women's briefs with the same wide elastic band that many compression leggings have, and I came across these. These have the high elastic band with 4 small 2 inch "bones" in the top. They provide steady compression around the abdomen, and the leg elastic is very forgiving. I've got a thin, athletic build and a long torso, and the top goes all the way up to just beneath my bra band. I haven't given them a field test yet, but walking around and sitting didn't make the top roll down at all. They also came packaged inside a plastic-zipped bag that was sealed inside an outer plastic bag. I recommend these to anyone who wants some comfortable, continuous compression in the tummy region.

Ordered this to wear under a bridesmaid's dress. Because I can never find measurements on reviews like this, here are mine for reference: 42.5--34-44.5 . So larger/curvier but I'm not normally in plus sized. Shaping: This somewhat flattened my belly for the dress but not nearly enough to help the amount I wanted it to. There is also no shaping or lifting ONLY chafing and rubbing on the booty area. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for sitting for long periods, especially if it's under a dress. The material hurts after a while and causes you to itch in very uncomfortable places. Fit: I probably could have gone a size smaller but this one fit okay. See issues with the fabric and length of wear above. However, it can roll down and be painful around the top as well. I definitely would have returned this but accidentally got something on it so I won't be doing that. Tried it again today thinking maybe it was just the outdoors/wedding but it still hurt/caused itching. It is a bit better if you wear it under something other than a dress but that seems to defeat a lot of the point of the product.

I really liked this girdle! It fit very well and didn’t roll down at all, which is a huge plus. I also loved that it wasn’t too tight on my butt — it gave a nice smooth look without showing any lines or outlines under my dress. The only thing I wish was different is that the compression in the stomach area could be a little stronger. It didn’t exactly flatten, but it did even everything out into a uniform shape. Overall, it did what I needed it to, and I’d definitely wear it again!

rides up the bum, umcomfortable and doesnt look good. Also the tummy tuck wasn't as effective as I was expecting.

I just received today and I try it immidietly I order xxl and I thought the item is mall but I’m wrong once u wear it it’s fits perfectly it’s just look small
