Love love love it! We use this in our home gym and it's just what me and my wife were looking for. I can perform at least 20 different exercises with this because of its handle design and grip so it is totally worth the money. The quality is great and it is well made. It came with an exercise chart and I was I able to find bunch of more workout videos on their website. I highly recommend this product!

I can no longer do crunches or any other core exercises on my back -- osteoarthritis, too much pain. But I can still do a core workout standing and holding this ball. So for me this has been literally life changing. I bought an extra one to keep near my reading chair so that I can take exercise breaks frequently and just do a few minutes of core many times during the day.
