Miz Mooz Women's Dream Bootie

I usually wear a 38.5 in Miz Mooz (and most brands) unless the show is narrow or pointy-toed.--then I size up. After reading other reviews, I bought the 39 instead of my usual 38.5. The 39 seems just right, and I can easily wear tights, socks of any weight. Though I think the *length* of 38.5 would probably be fine, I suspect the toe box, which is not quite as wide as some other I have by MM, would have been too tight. They are incredibly comfortable for what they are--a fashion boot with little support and a bit of a heel. The wine color is very pretty--the red tone quite muted. Super easy to get on an off with the front zipper, flattering to the legs, unique, retro without being "costumey." And you can't beat the price!

These boots are comfy and look really good. The inner lining is a think, faux fur, so the shoe keeps your foot nice and warm. These work well with boot cut and can also work with skinny jeans, depending on the look you're going for. As an added bonus, you gut an extra pair of tacks for the bottom of the boots. So, when the heel gets worn, you can simply replace the tack at the bottom. This will save you from having to get the boots resoled after the first winter's wear.

I wanted a pair of retro/vintage style 1940s boots for the fall/winter, these are IT!!! I normally wear a 6.5 in this brand, but I ordered a size 7 so that I would have room to wear thick socks. I am so very pleased with these boots, I can not say enough good things about them. If I had ordered the 6.5, they would have fit perfectly. As it is, by sizing up a 1/2 size, there is loads of room for a thick pair of boot socks without squishing my toes.

I have purchased many Miz Mooz boots and shoes over the past five years. Consistently they fit well, are comfortable and look great. This boot did not disappoint. I wore it the entire work day, and as I am a teacher I was on my feet 90% of the day, with no discomfort. This slightly unusually shaped boot in a gorgeous rich green is a perfect way to modernize any plain skirt or suit. For those with more muscular or full-figured calves, the boot stops at the perfect point to accentuate the shape of the leg without constriction. Overall, it is a very flattering and comfortable boot. I highly recommend.

These boots were for my sister who bought three pairs of MM footwear at once, because of discounted price. She did not own any boots/shoes from this company so sizing was a bit of issue. As other reviewers reported that MM normally runs true to size, she chose US size 9 for shoes (she is EU size 39–40). In these boots she opted ½ size up (9.5) because of larger calves. It was a good choice as both shoes and boots fit her perfectly. She especially loves these boots. Leather quality is nice and they are comfortable…the image does not make the justice. She gets tons of compliments on them which I kind of unusual in Europe. Very happy with this purchase.

I really do like these boots. Problem is they are just a little narrow over the arch of my foot. They zip up but are not too comfortable. I'm going to have to stretch them a bit. Can't wait to wear them! I have 4 other pairs of Miz Mooz boots that fit just fine. This is the only pair that zips up the front of the boot. I will probably get a 9.5 if I buy this style again.

I got size 8.5 following the reviews, and I usually wear size 8 but 8.5 fits perfectly! I highly recommend sizing up. The leather is buttery soft, and the heel height is good - not too high. I haven't worn the boots out yet, so I will edit my review later if there are problems.

Got this baby on sale and am sooooo happy! The fit (6.5) is perfect and the style looks great with anything you wear. I was surprised that they are so comfortable...the padding is perfect in this shoes. I can wear them ALL day and night with no pain!
