A must have for home made bread.
I thought my bread was good, but this is a game changer. Nice light, fluffy bread, with a nice crusty crust. 1 tablespoon of the product for strong white flour, 2 for wholemeal, I find gives the best results. Mix in with the dry flour to mix evenly.

I've been baking bread for a while and noticed after a day the bread was going dry and pretty much unusable. I done some research and settled on this product. I'm using around 1 and a half percent to flour weight and now my is unbelievably soft and now lasts for days. Highly recommended
