No. The maximum diameter pencil our sharpener will accomodate is 1/2" (12.7mm).

Will is sharpen trish mcevoy essential pencils?

In a word: Yes. The larger opening will sharpen "jumbo" or "chubby" pencils - such as the Trish Mcevoy Essential Pencils.

Does it work with Jones Road face/concealer pencils?

Yes. The larger sharpening hole should work well for your Jones Road face/concealer pencils.
