I’ve had these wooden gymnastic rings for a few weeks now, and they’re easily one of the best pieces of home gym equipment I’ve added. They’re advertised with a massive 680 kg / 450 kg capacity (likely total/ per strap or something similar – way overkill for most users), and they feel incredibly solid and safe even during intense sessions. What I love most: • Premium birch wood rings — Thick (around 32mm), smooth, and with that natural wood texture that provides an amazing non-slip grip. Way better than plastic rings – they absorb sweat well and feel secure whether you’re doing muscle-ups, dips, or ring support holds. No slipping even without chalk for lighter sessions. • Heavy-duty adjustable straps — 4.5 m long with numbered markings stitched in (super helpful for quick, even height adjustments on both sides). The cam buckle is strong and locks securely – no worries about slipping during dynamic moves. • non-slip design — The rings have a good texture, and the straps seem reinforced for durability. Great for full-body calisthenics: pull-ups, dips, L-sits, rows, push-ups, inverted rows, and more. • Versatile for home or gym — Easy to hang from a pull-up bar, beam, or doorway anchor (if you have one). I’m around 180 lbs and do added weight sometimes – zero creaking or doubt. Great! Everything I wanted. Numbers on the straps so you know both rings are the same length. Rings are comfortable enough to use without the provided strapping. One of the easiest and quickest set of Rings I have set up, nice and thick.

bought these with no reviews, but very pleased with them. wooden rings are great quality and smooth. the measurements are stitched into the straps which is great. they also are the same lengths. the only complaint is that the spring on the buckles could be stringer, though shutting the buckles properly, manually overcomes this. i would probably remove half a star due to this, but overall, for the price these are great.

Peggior set di anelli in legno mai comprato. Scivolano le cinghie. Sono inutilizzabili per allenarsi in sicurezza in metodo calisthenics o similari. Ho addirittura riletto più di una volta le istruzioni disponibili nella confezione. Ma il problema purtroppo sono proprio le cinghie. Il materiale dell'impugnatura sembra ben fatto invece. Complessivamente deluso.

Top quality rings, professional

Me encantaron... todavía me confundo del lado... pero si lo metes del lado correcto la cuerda no se mueve nada si las pones del lado incorrecto la cuerda se mueve pero despacito... Espero poder mejorar en calistenia con esto y tener mejores brazos...

Very bad, reality does not represent the actual product. For example, 1- where is the blue strips on the rings, none is there. 2- there are no numbers on the band itself. The seller & his products need to be taken down.

The product is sturdy and of good quality, grip is good and its a total value for money
