SimPure 5 Micron 10" x 2.5" Whole House Carbon Sediment Water Filter Cartridge Replacement for Home Under-Sink & Countertop Filtration System

I'm using this SimPure 5 Micron Carbon Sediment filter as the second stage in my 3-stage under-sink system, and so far I'm very impressed. Build quality: The filter looks and feels solid – well-constructed with no loose parts or flimsy materials. Installation: Replacement was straightforward and easy. Standard 10" x 2.5" size fit my housing perfectly with no leaks or issues. Performance: After installation, the water tasted noticeably clean and fresh – no chlorine taste or any off-flavors. It's doing exactly what I need it to do as a middle-stage filter, catching sediment and polishing the water before the final stage. Overall, a reliable and affordable replacement filter. Would recommend for anyone running a multi-stage RO or filtration system.

Great filters, at a fair price. We are on our second pack. Black, sandy sediment is our problem, and these filters get all of it, and seem to retain their normal water flow longer than most, I'm sold!!!

If you have the room. This filter works great. It cleared many of the impurities out of the drinking water.

Use currently for my well water filters , I have 4 filter set up with one I use for salt rocks , and so far best filters I’ve used so far for the price I paid , and the quality is great !

First of all, I think the cost of filters is just awful. It's a profit center and not a value or expense that is equal to the cost of production. I put these things right up there with printer ink. But... besides that... I use my undersink filter on my island sink where I draw water ONLY for drinking. I use it to make tea, coffee, simply water, and so on. So a filter should last me about a year. The instructions state that it is good for 500 gallons or 6 months and well, I just don't go through 80 gallons of water a month. Forty or about a gallon a day is more like it... But that's just me. The filter fit perfectly and the quality of the taste of the water was just the same as the quality of the water with a previous filter. Both are superior to my unfilterd tap water for sure. In the end, I'll set up a reminder to order another set of these filters in about 2 years. Cheerz...
