After what product it is supposed to be used? After moisturizer?

This is a moisturizer. It should be used after a toner or a serum. Skin should be cleaned first.

What percent vitamin c is this?

Hi, thanks for your inquiry. In order to maintain the stability of cream texture, pH and others we used pure vitamin C but not high percentage (if we use high percentage the colour, pH can be unstable) .

When will the vita c bright serum be listed?

hi, sorry for the inconveniences, we are not sure when the serum would be listed, would you be able to e-mail int@noksibcho.com to get the idea please? They would help you how to purchase the product
