I used this item to make chocolate shavings for tiramisu. It did not disappoint. Love this shaver. The blade is super sharp ( be careful when using it) slices to varying degrees of thickness. I also use it for shaved garlic- take a clove , after peeling it shave it down using this shaver. Easy easy! I also use it for lemon and lime rinds when shaving for cocktail twists. Get the great citrus rind with out any bitter pith below. Very versatile shaver!
