I think I have bought this about three times and my husband and I take it. I can't say I noticed a huge benefit, but I feel like it helps when I am feeling run down.

Raw whole food zinc
I have just begun taking this zinc supplement, thus I will need to check back in future for report on efficacy. The item is raw, unadulterated, whole food derived. It is in a clear capsule which makes it visible: I’ve never seen zinc before except in my chem and geo labs. That is so honest, to give a view of what we are actually ingesting!! As it is in powdered form, it will be much easier for body to assimilate. The capsule is easy to swallow. I did feel as if I were less “winded” on my hikes in the woods the past few days. My muscles seemed to feel better ( I have myofascial issues and severe restless leg syndrome.) I will report back in a month with detailed results.
