Men's Waterproof Lightweight Hiking Boots

I've been pleasantly surprised by these NORTIV 8 hiking boots. I spend a lot of my free time hiking in the mountains of North Georgia, and most of my hikes are between **6 and 8 miles** over rocky, uneven terrain with plenty of elevation changes. Many of the trails I hike also require crossing streams or navigating muddy sections, so I needed a boot that could handle a variety of conditions.So far, these boots have been outstanding.Right out of the box, they were comfortable with very little break-in period. The cushioning has been excellent, even after spending several hours on the trail. The ankle support is just right—secure enough for rough terrain without feeling stiff or restrictive.The traction has also impressed me. I've hiked over loose gravel, exposed tree roots, rocky trails, wet leaves, and creek crossings, and the boots have maintained solid footing throughout. I haven't experienced any slipping that made me question my footing.One of the biggest reasons I purchased these boots was the waterproof protection, and they've lived up to my expectations. I've crossed several shallow streams and walked through wet grass and muddy areas without ending up with wet feet. That's a huge plus when you're several miles from the trailhead.Another thing I've appreciated is how lightweight they feel compared to some heavier hiking boots I've owned. After hiking 6 to 8 miles, my feet don't feel as fatigued as they have with bulkier boots.For the price, I honestly think these boots offer exceptional value. Are they built exactly like a $180 premium hiking boot? Probably not. But for casual to moderate day hiking, they've performed far better than I expected and have given me plenty of confidence on the trail.If you're looking for a comfortable, waterproof hiking boot for day hikes, state parks, mountain trails, or weekend adventures without spending a fortune, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these. So far, they've exceeded my expectations, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I’ve bought many pair of boots. I usually buy DeWalt boots or caterpillar boots but let me tell you these boots are 100% bad ass and I’m gonna buy another set because they’re so cheap. These things are built so good I swear I feel like I’m wearing my DeWalt boots. They’re so sturdy and comfortable. They’re my new favorites. I’m not joking. I’m gonna buy another pair because you know what happens when he likes something. It goes away by these I promise you’ll love them.

They fit to size. I was very happy with my first order and they wore in nicely and had a pretty good life span, so ordered another pair. Gave only a 4 because the material did break down after some time near the bending points but I’m not easy on my shoes. Would order again!

These boots were for my husband. He said they are very comfortable and they will like good with most outfits. I really like them. He walks all day long at work and he said they are great, not heavy and he really likes the color.

Well made and durable. Great for hiking around trails. Just stuff enough to support your ankles but not so stiff you can't run! So far the waterproofing is holding up well with walking through small streams and dew in the grass!

great boots...well made ..i bought years ago other brand timberlands..sole came off the front..spent then 120$ , never again,then just a few years ago wolverinfes ..on onee boot the black rubber came off in the middle i would leave rubber marks on my car door sill and house wood floors..they were supposed vyo be great ..$85 but waterproof and basically just wore if raining hard winter or snow..ssshhh well i got wide feet and i got my usual shoe size 11 w...these are quality and feel it and boots fit true to size and wearing them were comfortable out the box i can spread my toes and i got room..impressed me..before these i ordered a another set of wolverines looked strong got them they weughed like you could buy my feet were in it snug and the weight was crazy .also steel toe..my bad sent them back next day annd ordered these..good laces and how they work..and they were on sale for 43 from 60..5 stars ..pray they dont bum me out but i think these are going to work i was suprised how well made and modern the design ...id recommend these to ppl w knee issues like i got..

Best shoes ever, tried before different remarkable brands almost triple the price… and this set exceeded the expectations, walking all day or standing, no issues… your feet will appreciate it.

Please read full review. Where to begin. The boots are comfortable, decent waterproofing, they feel/look well constructed. Unfortunately they did not hold up well, I hikes less than 10 times. My left foot began to hurt on top near bottom of the lace, I tried every lacing method and it still hurt, leading to potential blisters. It was not a break in issue the boots were initially comfortable to wear then around hike 6 they hurt.Reached out to the company they were partially helpful offering a coupon on their website. Their shoes are significantly higher in price on their website. It could have been a lemon pair of boots. Buy with caution.Updated: 4/9/26-CS reached out to me and offered full refund or new pair of boots. I do hike often so I went with the new pair of boots. I will create a new review in the future /update this review. A+ for their CS. Initial review was 2 stars I increased to 3 stars if these boots hold up the score will go higher.
