As a senior citizen, I have experienced occasional constipation when I don't eat a lot or don't exercise much. This tea is a Godsend. It works without producing stomach cramps. It generally works overnight. The taste is pleasant. I have the Senna-Peppermint flavor.

This is an excellent product when you need it, senna is a natural ingredient, but natural dies not mean everyday use. Drink only when you for sure you need the tea. I like taste and how the tea works.

Excellent product if you have trouble with constipation. Works to help elimination within 5 days. Just be careful not to overdo it. I had to lay off the tea for a few days, which is recommended in the description. Good anise taste. Price is fair , especially if you put automatic reorder. Very pleased. Also, it does curb appetite. I know lady who swears by it as a diet aid. Me, not so sure. Try it.

Let me say it, this stuff works! If you have issues when you travel and get to your destination and settled in. Drink this at night and the next morning after hydrating and drinking your morning cup of coffee you will be surprised. I bought this because my sister said it works and we need that easy packable item for regularity! The taste isn't too bad, stay close to the restroom the next day just in case. Share it with your friends that need your support!

Seems to work well for my grandma. She uses it once a night.

Great tasting tea, I was hesitant in ordering this because I was not sure about the taste but it exceeded expectations. All natural ingredients, nothing artificial. It definitely helped with irregularity when nothing else did. You may experience cramping. You get a lot for the price, good buy and I have plenty for quite some time.

I've read a lot about Smooth Move Tea and how some people use it on occasion to help with bloating. I was prepping for a beach vacation when I decided to try this out. Just a side note: I work out regularly - weights, HIIT, cardio, yoga, etc. I also track my macros. Yet I do still occasionally struggle with what seems like general bloating. This tea definitely helped! I was flying out for my vacation on a Thursday morning. So I drank my first cup of Smooth Move Tea on the Monday evening before, at approx 8pm. I had a bowel movement the following morning around 7:30am - nothing super excessive, just a good bowel movement. I drank my second cup of tea on Tuesday evening, also around 8pm. I had 2 separate bowel movements the following morning along with some mild cramping. These bowel movements were much larger in amount yet softer in consistency. I drank my third and final cup of tea on Wednesday evening, again around 8pm. I was slightly hesitant about drinking this last cup of tea since I knew I would be traveling the next day and didn't want to be stuck in the bathroom on an airplane. But I drank it anyway. I had another 2 bowel movements on Thursday morning with again, some mild cramping. Both of these were still early in the day - around 7am and 8:30am. I felt great the rest of Thursday! I did not experience any additional cramping or bowel movements that interfered with my day. I continued to maintain my regular diet and water intake throughout this time and did not experience any dehydration symptoms. I also did not have any issues returning to "normal" after the third day of Smooth Move Tea. Since then, my vacation went great (check out that rocking bikini pic - the first one I'm actually proud of) and I've returned to my usual routine. I do not plan on drinking this tea on a regular basis. I would use it again when I wanted to slim down, reduce bloat, or if I was feeling backed-up. I do have to say the taste of this tea a bit different. I have not tasted anything quite like it before. It's not a bad taste and I actually grew to prefer it after the third cup.
