After a two-year period of non-stop stress, overwork, and other small life disasters, I could feel the “depression” (not a chronic, clinical diagnosis, just a figure of speech) in my body, see the effects of all this tension and exhaustion in my hair, skin, not to mention the unusual propensity to getting all sorts of colds and other ailments. Best idea I ever had was to get myself some Fish Oil. I don’t self-cure, I am very cautious with following “google’s advices,” I have never taken Vitamins or other supplements of any kind in over 20 years. This time I thought I might give it a try—thinking back to my childhood, when my grandmother used to shove into our unhappy months a spoonful of cod-liver oil.IT WORKED! Certainly there were other factors: the summer itself, which brought relative calm and peace, the time and conditions for walks and better sleep, etc. But I truly believe that taking this product has also contributed to at least part or some aspects of my recovery.First, I ordered on Amazon Premium Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil Pills (120 ct). Excellent. Then because of cost effectiveness, I decided to try ZenVita. Superlative.As per ZenVita specifically: very digestible (in fact, better than the first product I tried in terms of digestibility), no negative side-effects I can detect. I have even taken it a couple of times on a quasi empty stomach (say, if I forgot it immediately after a meal) and it absorbed easily without unpleasant after-burps.The pills are rather large, but I have no difficulty whatsoever swallowing them.In a couple of months, I will see my endocrinologist for the usual thyroid checkup and if she says that all is well and I can keep taking Fish Oil, I certainly will.I highly recommend this product.

I love this formula! Last time I had some issues with the pills sticking together. I am guessing this is because my house is very warm. This time I put them in the refrigerator and they are not sticking. This formula is higher in EPA and DHA than most other. It also does not make me burp like all the other brands that I have tried. I recommend this brand to anyone looking for an omega-3 Fish oil supplement.

My doctor recommends 2000ng each day so I take two of these. Other products would be 3 or 4 to equal 2000mg. I like that it's non-GMO and no soy. For the first week, I couldn't figure out why I felt like I had eaten sardines every day.... then I remembered I started taking these capsules. Now I put them in the freezer, which is supposed to eliminate the fishy aftertaste. With this product it reduces the aftertaste; it does not eliminate the aftertaste. (With other fish oil capsules the fishy aftertaste was eliminated.) If I don't take them right away and they thaw, I have full fishy aftertaste.

Since using the omega 3 fish oil, I have noticed a significant difference in mood as well as clarity. My doctor recommended this product to me. So I bought two bottles I go through in 36 days. My doctor is using this as a treatment for my depression and bi-polar disorder. Since using this product my life has completely changed. I have a life again and can function better to day than being on five different medications at one time. I'm down to only one with this product. I am by no means a doctor or psychiatrist. I feel I need to share this with all of you if you or someone you might know who struggles with this condition can benefit in a much healthier way then all those mess you have to take. I take 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening I weigh 237 lbs as a result I've lost nearly 36 lbs with exercise. I don't recommend you taking the amount I take without consulting with your doctor first. This product has proven to me that it really works. Oh and another thing!! Very important no omegas other than 3s. The others disturb mind cocentration and can cause other side effects not omega 6 or 9. Just omega 3. Life changing!!!

I've used these for several months for health reasons. Also I'm 50ish and have sleep problems, and discovered if I take fish oil at the same time as my progesterone pill (hormone replacement), I absorb the progesterone better and my sleep is much improved. i researched fish oil products and thought this was the best quality and value. I removed one star because I had one bottle that was bad. I figured out that a capsule must have opened toward the bottom because they all quickly became oily and smelled horribly fishy. I threw those out (apparently couldn't return them) and haven't had that issue with the other bottles.

I want to start off saying I have taken fish oil supplements for at least 4 years and decided to try these about 75 days ago. I use Coumadin and have had stable INR levels for over two years, test at home, no bruising, etc. Within two days of taking this high-dose fish oil, I had blood in my urine and it continued until I stopped taking it 8 days later. My INR remained stable and no bruising, etc., just very visible frank blood in the urine. Needless to say, I won't take it again and am about to order my previous fish oil. Curious to know if anyone else has ever had this occur. BTW, I am aware of bleeding warnings attached to the supplements, etc., but didn't think the higher dose would make such a physiological difference.

Pill all stuck together in the bottle. Pain in the rump to get them out each time.

I recieved the zenvita fish oil softgels fairly quick. They were packaged in a nice colored bottle. I have been taking the soft gels for about a month now . I had a knee replacement back in 2009 and soon to have my other knee replaced. I have suffered with arthritis in both legs. I have noticed alot of relief since i have been taking these omega 3 tabs. I feel like taking a walk now on my lunch hour and i can do more chores around my house. I have also lost 5 pounds since i have been taking the zenvita omega 3 fish oil soft gels. Not all fish oil are created the same. I have tried different brands and these are far the best so far that i have used. No after taste at all. Thank you zenvita
