1. First Impressions Packaging was fine and the items well packed. Upon opening the box the quality of the grips was great. The addition of the storage bag and the foam covers is a nice touch too although I haven't used either much. The knurling is ok and so far hasn't smoothed off. 2. Pros (what I liked) Quality feel to them Nice addition with the bag and foam grips Good progression from one to the other 3. Cons (what could be better) No real cons 4. Real-World Use Used them for a while now and have had zero issues. Obviously, they may get a bit more banged up in a gym setting but for some training whilst at home they are perfect. 5. Final Thoughts & Who It’s For Compared to some of the plastic grip trainers I have used, these are worlds apart. The quality is good, the feel is good, and the difference between each level is reasonable. Not like moving from super easy to impossible. I would recommend these, especially at the price and quality they are. I would definitely buy these again, but I doubt that I will need to! ⭐ Rating: [5/5]

Great material, sort of "grips" to skin a bit of squeaking but i dont mind, very good weight selection, very easy to find your weight, comes with light grey felt sortbof bag, also comes with two foam grips that are interchangeable, fab buy for price 10/10

Cracking little 3‑pack of hand grippers — 150, 200, and 250 lb — basically the budget Avengers of grip training. 150 lb: closes easily for 10 reps, makes you feel strong. 200 lb: suddenly you’re questioning your life choices. 250 lb: exists purely to humble you. Can’t swear the poundages are scientifically accurate, but the difficulty jump feels legit. And for the price, they’re great value, especially compared to Captains of Crush. Only gripe: they include one set of foam covers. So unless you enjoy peeling sweaty foam on and off like some kind of grip‑training raccoon, you’ll wish they’d thrown in two more. I’d happily pay a couple of quid extra for that.

The grips are ok. The build quality is unfortunately quite bad. The silver metal part is glued onto the black frame, the glue is low quality and seperates from the frame easily. Also about half of them have an unbearable squeaking noise, when you're the one doing it you get used to it but if someone else uses it, it's incredibly annoying. If the glue was higher quality and the squeaking issue is fixed then this would be a 5* product. The actual resistance is good and hasn't loosened over time.

Great product. I bought these not really knowing what strength to buy, so I opted for these three, 150, 200, and 250 lbs. Now I'm no Hercules but have been hitting the gym for many years and would say I have a strong grip, but these are too strong for me. I can squeeze the 150, can get the 200 half closed, but can only flex the 250. Seriously you'd have to be a World's Strongest Man contestant to close the 250. I've now ordered another set... 100, 150, and 200 lbs.

You can have a grip trainer that counts the reps and you can have an adjustable one that never goes higher than a 100 kilo or you can buy these old school bad boys unless you're a full time strongman you're never going to repping every one of these for long they look good there absolutely strong enough for repeated use and the highest numbered one will not move for me hence the reason I bought grip trainers worth the money honestly don't even bother with adjustable ones buy these bad boys and you get little sleeves for the handles and a damn nice storage bag for under a tenner worth it

One of the grippers is a cheap spongy material that will wear out / tear quickly. I also don’t think the other grippers are accurate to their resistance. They all seem significantly lighter / weaker than other grippers of the same resistance.

Lot de 4/5 renforcateurs de poignée couleur noire. Très bons produits pour faire travailler les muscles du bras . Vous trouverez au bout du renforcateurs la force de celui-ci. Poignée anti dérapante. Je vous recommande vivement ce produit.

5-60kg ayarlı vardı öncesinde. 60kg'ı 5-6 tekrar yapabiliyordum bunun en hafifi yani 67kg'ı 2 kere falan yapabiliyorum onlarda da tam kapatamadım yarım santim falan boşluk vardı. Kıyas için yazayım dedim ayarı doğru buna göre. Yara olmadı bende ama deriyi hafif soyuyor. Yanında 3ünü koymalık pamuk bir kese ve 1 çift sünger de geldi. Hissiyatı güzel baya, ağırlar da. Tavsiye ederim.
