Loved it right out of the box
Our energetic large breed working dog puppy needs active play or she'll eat the house and probably us, too. She loved this right away and it helped give her some exciting and active play in our small space when we couldn't go run her outside. She's about 45 pounds and this is a good size for her and would work for a bigger dog, too.

My dog loves it
My cats have a wand toy that my dog plays with so I was happy to find they make these for dogs. He loves it!

Entertainment for hours!
Got this for my 3 month old golden retriever pup who has everlasting energy… tried it out last night… he ran around in circles for over an hour trying to get it while my son and I were able to save our energy! Love how durable this is, it came away assembled and that it came with 3 toys AND extra string!

Great toy, lots of fun, albeit a little flimsy
I purchased this toy as a way to add more enrichment to my Labrador's life, and he absolutely loves it. He has a high prey drive and loves to chase things. This toy allows him to indulge and meet those needs in a controlled manner. It's also been a great tool for working on his focus and ability to deescalate from a high intensity to a low intensity frame of mind. That said, the pole seems on the flimsy side, especially for a larger dog who likes to play hard. I have no doubt my guy could easily break this, if I'm not careful, so I will probably be looking into a sturdier flirt pole in the future. I do like how it comes with three different toys. Honestly, that's what sold it for me, even if the squeakers didn't last long. Definitely worth the purchase.Side note: This type of toy is not meant for tug-o-war, so I would recommend making sure your dog understands how to "drop it" before using.

Quality sucked
Thought these would be great, my dog loves his flirt pole! He’s a 60 pound pit/husky/gsd/lab mix, and is always chasing lizards, so the flirt pole helps train him. I only got these a few days ago and he already ripped the string off 2 of them by just pulling once, not even that hard. I saw a comment or 2 about how these are no longer good quality, but thought with the overwhelming amount of good comments it would be fine, just a warning if you have a big dog that pulls sometimes or easily destroys toys! I can no longer use them because they don’t have a string attached anymore!

Revised-seller customer service is wonderful
The media could not be loaded. While the flirt pole is advertised as "telescoping" this isn't exactly true. Telescoping usually means that one can have the pole at full length or shorten it as required for play with the dog. This one just pulls all the way out so you have a full length crappy pole. My dog weighs less than 20 pounds and can bend this pole almost to the point of breaking. The ad shows a german shepherd. Contacted the seller about this problem and they were fantastic! They offered a replacement or partial refund. I took refund and it has been applied. For toys I will definitely purchase from this seller. They have top notch customer service.
