**Q: How long are the electric leads 12volt and 24 volt.**
A: Not very long

**Q: does it work with the car cigarette lighter? does the battery not discharge after 7/8 hours of operation?**
A: Yes it does run from the cigarette  socket. Your not supposed to run your CPAP with the dehumidifier while running from the 12v cigarette socket. If your using it in a vehicle then your battery should always retain enough juice to start your vehicle the next day. It will turn your Cpap of before its exhausted.

**Q: Is this an actual converter or as it states a charger, Will my Resmed sence10 basically run directly from a 12v deep cycle battery with this unit.**
A: It's not a charger. It can run off a battery but only if you attach a 12volt socket. Or you can plug it in your cars 12volt socket. I use it plugged into a solar power generator.it still runs the humidifier if necessary but uses less energy than a 3pin plug.

A: I purchased this item and can confirm that it works with my Airsense 10 CPAP. I have used it with my power pack in a hotel where there was no socket near the bed.
