I dont use these peels for tea, however I find them to be a fantastic aroma addition to dry hopping my home brew IPA and will continue to use in the future

Good flavour and packaging

I didn't get much flavour from this peel. It was quite expensive as well

Versatile to use in different dishes, perfect with fish, tangy zest flvour

very zesty, little peel, bitter and not very lemony. threw it away, no good for teas.

I thought I was buying dried lemon peel, but what I’ve actually got is a bag of dried lemon peel, rosemary and thyme - not what I wanted and not what was described.

it doesn't cook down remains hard it's not like lemon zest I wont be using it again, I threw it away

So far I like this product. I put it into my salt grinder with Himalayan salt crystals.

I used this in a recipe calling for lime zest. This product did the job well. I've only given 4 stars because I hoped it would be more zest-like; I still had to break it down into tinier pieces
