Waited until 10 minutes, checked a little area where the hair was waving, no hair came off. Gave it 15 minutes and still no hair came off, all the way to 18 minutes and it had to come off as it was causing burning and discomfort (which it hadn't done on my 8 minute skin test a few days before).Got rid of no hair, caused skin irritation and bumps on my legs.
