Does this move when the baby kicks or when the program is turned on? I'm looking for a bouncy seat that the baby can be bounced w/ his own movement.

Yes, it can move with baby's kicks as long as the kick stand is up (very easy to adjust). Even my one month old can get it rocking on the kitchen tile. The buttons are just for sounds/small vibration, so that doesn't add movement.

Does this have a weight limit?
