I Love You, Mommy (Little Golden Book)

We love Little Golden Books in our home. They provide timeless stories, mostly sturdy hardcover compact books. We have I Love You, Daddy (Little Golden Book) and I just had to get this one to complete the pair.It's a great book that talks about different activities that kids share with their mothers: horsing around, baking, going to street fair, baseball game, reading. The book isn't about any particular family or have storyline. It's simply an appreciation of time spent with mom. The artwork is cartoon-like. It is simple but adorable. The pictures of the book are of diverse families which I really appreciate. My toddler loves the book as she recognizes that kinds of things we do together as mother and child (playing, cooking, visiting different places). Since we have the Daddy version, she's very fair and insists on reading one if we read the other.

Fun book for toddlers. Good pacing and rhymes. Little Golden Books are a great, economical way to hold your family's collection.

What is adorable is my 2 1/2 year old grandson "reading" (babbling) to his Mommy. The I Love You Mommy is crystal clear. He is imitating preschool when the teacher reads the children stories. So cute. Priceless all from a little book. Ahhhh memories......and we recorded it for future play backs when he is older.

You can't go wrong with Golden Books

We purchased this book along with Little Golden Books "Daddies" for our grandnephew. As adults, most people I know enjoy reading Little Golden Books just as much as children hearing them. They're are timeless gifts to give to either children or new parents to build their children's book library!.Our grandnephew loved them..

Children are never too young for stories. Especially, good stories. I'm starting my great grandchildren now. One is 14 months old the other 4 months.

Great book for a mother and son to read together at any age. Bought it for my wife from my son for mother's day so that they could read it together. It is a short quick easy read and something I see my son reading back to his mom some day when he learns to read.

Arrived with no damage at all, which isn’t common for some books. It’s a lovely little book to share with your tot, classic little golden book style and quality. Plan to buy several more

Bought for my daughter. Great book!

Lovely illustrations, I introduced this book to my daughter at the age of 2 , more than a year now she loves it. The pictures are colorful. The best part is the hug I get from her every time,becuaer the last page says 'I love you mommy'.

The content is good. But the quality of pages is not good at all.

This was absolutely perfect for Mother’s Day!

I don't recommend this book to anyone. My kid does not want to read it eiether.
