Quite a quality instrument (I'm experienced due to 30+ years in heavy manufacturing). Leave this in sight of your home entry points for a solid deterrent. Also great for splitting other things like logs and concrete.

Quality steel, balance is true, grip is comfortable,.. I had a 10 pounder that grew legs and walked off a job site so I bought a 12 as a replacement. The twelve cost me ten dollars less. (I thought inanimate objects only came to life in Revelations)
