Men's Northfield Waterproof Oxford

I love these shoes. I’m on my third pair. These have been sold for years by Rockport which I believe also demonstrates that people really like this shoe or Rockport would stop making this model. The top of the shoe stays looking great with just a little polish occasionally. The reason I’ve need to replace my shoes after a couple years is because the sole wears out and the material below the main portion of the sole becomes a slip hazard in wet weather.

This is a wonderful product. I keep purchasing it over and over again for at least last ten years. I buy a new pair roughly every three years: always the same size and color (Espresso Nubuck). Note, I have rather narrow foot. Snickers I buy from different brands are size 11M. This particular shoes "Rockport Men's Northfield Waterproof Oxford" is excellent fit for me at the size 10M.

I like these shoes, and they have been comfortable and durable for me (this is my second pair). But they have one major flaw: the sides of the tounge of the shoe and the inside of the shoe that rubs against them are made of soft shiny leather that squeaks loudly when walking. I addressed this by putting powder in the crevasse to stop the friction; this works, but why are they made this way???

I being working in the food industry for a long time, this shoes are the most comfortable, reliable and durable that you will find, just amazing, when you do a 12-14 hours shift you need a good shoe with a great support system, they feel like sneakers after few days. I’m adding a picture of my old ones and my new ones, I do about 68 hours per week 7 days.

Absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Best for comfort on the many models available from this outstanding shoemaker.

I like these shoes a lot. They are semi-dressy and durable. My only complaint is that the laces that come with them start getting wonky after only a few wears and need to be replaced.

Gorgeous shoes and great quality, but not wide enough for my feet. Mind you. I did order wide but the shoes are not comfortable.

I've had this for months. It looks very nice dressing up or down. The only crappy thing about this shoe are the laces. While the shoe remains pristine, the laces didn't even last a month before they started wearing off. Not to worry, just buy a replacement lace. Regarding this, I've seen enough reviews from other users regarding this lace, so I must wonder at the manufacturers not listening to customer reviews and do something about this little annoyance on an otherwise good shoe. Don't they read this?

This model of Rockport Shoes has always treated me very well. I wear them for work, and they are very comfortable, as I am heavy on my feet. They are also waterproof, which is a great feature.

Very comfortable shoes. Waterproof is a bonus on the west coast. The durability of soles could be improved.
