What color are the softgels?

Hi Kurt,The softgels have a clear liquid inside. However if the capsules are being kept under 76F (25C) the coconut oil in the capsules solidifies and turns white. When the temperature raises the coconut oil will melt up again and the capsules will become clear.This is completely normal. In fact, that is what you want to happen. This shows the Coconut Oil is completely pure and unprocessed.It's a fun test to do - put some of our Coconut Oil capsules in the fridge for a few minutes and see them turn while, then hold them in your palm for a little bit and see that they will turn clear.It's a sign of very high quality Coconut Oil.All the best,NutriONN Customer Service
