Does this still contain carrageenan?

YES! This still contains carrageenan - although it is no longer listed separately on the label if you look up "hypromellose" you will see that it contains carrageenan as the gelling agent.  In the food & drug industry this is known as a "clean label" when the truth is technically (legally?) printed on the label but for reasons of food fads and legitimate problems people may have with certain ingredients - carrageenan and MSG being two - the manufacturer wishes to obscure the true ingredients to sell more product.  I don't know if there is this much difficulty with gluten labeling but if you've ever had a reaction to one of these ingredients you know why reviewers say things like "I avoid carrageenan like the plague."  I got a migraine on two separate days and was baffled about the cause until I looked up that new cellulose capsule.  It's really a shame for those of us who can't take a gelatin cap either because of migraines or being vegetarian (or both). I'll be reading to avoid this ingredient from now on.

I was considering buying this Boron but the recent comments on carrageenan content not listed on the stock photos are not good. Any official word?

If you have a reaction to carrageenan you may notice this "miniscule" amount and you know why reviewers say things like "I avoid carrageenan like the plague."  If you don't then you are fortunate. I'll be reading to avoid this ingredient from now on and I am returning this product - Thanks, Amazon!
