Really Like!
I started taking these and immediately noticed an increase in energy and a DECREASE in my appetite! I will definitely continue to use. I will say they can sometimes be hard to swallow as they get stuck in my throat at times, but that can be the case when taking any pills.

Good stable energy to get you through the day
I’ve been taking these pills for about a week and I really enjoy the steady energy they provide throughout the day. Coffee always makes me crash around 1:00 to 3:00 pm but these pills help me to keep going throughout the day. Haven’t been taking them for weight loss so I haven’t noticed any changes there.

A welcome surprise
It looks like my previous green tea supplier has discontinued my favorite product. So I took a chance on this one. I was happily surprised. It is very close to the one I miss. And it works too. Thank you for creating such a great product.

May cause heartburn
I can’t tell how effective it really is. I started taking one a day everyday and I’m sure it gave me heartburn. I don’t have a heartburn problem with the exception of eating very spicy food from time to time. So I’m sure my heartburn was caused by this green tea extract. I cut back to 1 pill every other day and so far so good.

Not impressed
Doesn't seem to have any of the things its suppose to do. No results from caffeine or the food suppressant. Just not impressed with product.
