I bought 2 of these for a Mother’s Day brunch that I had, one for hot coffee and the other for hot water. Kept the fluid in them for 4 hours and the water and coffee left over was still hot when I poured it out. The lid was easy to operate and poured at a rate that was easy to control. Also definitely appreciate the included cleaning tool to easily get inside and scrub. All in all seems like a good quality product!

I like to have hot water for tea, but I don’t like turning the stove on and off over and over again, so I boil water and then put it inside the carafe. I am so pleased with how it keeps the water hot. I saw some post that said how their experiences were that it didn’t keep their product warm and it could be because sometimes Coffey isn’t so hot coming out of a machine. I can say that when you boil water and put it inside that 24 hours later, it is still warm… Maybe not hot 24 hours later but it’s still warm. If you like your hot tea like me, this is a great purchase to have hot water on hand all day long.

Excellent value, works as described and survives a little mistreatment.Caveat: The bottom is a plastic insert, but it's a pressure fit into the metal, and liquid can get in and out of that de facto reservoir, which leaves crappy water on the coutner. 5 stars because it's the cheapest on the market, and the problem that creeps in after a few weeks use is nothing a little glue can't fix.

We had to plan an event and we needed to keep the milk cold. These look so beautiful and elegant for what we needed. Happy with this purchase. I don’t think there is much difference in between the same products out there but we loved the brown /copper color .

I should have paid better heed to the negative reviews. This "heat preservation kettle" does no such thing. After washing and rinsing it in piping hot water, I filled it with freshly brewed hot coffee. Hoping for a hot refill of my cup a few hours later, I was sadly disappointed to find what was left in this carafe was barely above room temperature. What a disappointment. If I had paid $5 for it I could excuse it for not working as advertised. The lid feels cheaply made and I felt like I had to treat it very gently when screwing it on so as not to break it. It looks nice, so I guess if you're looking for an ornament to adorn your countertop this might be just the thing. I prefer function over form, however, so I will be returning it.

This is high quality, works well, and holds an entire pot of coffee. I love that it's stainless steel and not plastic lined.

Bought these for a shower coffee bar in August.They seem to be good quality and much more appealing than having a big coffee machine sitting out.
