A: Hi. From my experience using this product. I leave the colour on for an hour. Anything less than that, it will not cover my grey hair. I use it because it has no ammonia or peroxide, and is gentle on my hair. It’s a good natural looking colour, which covers all the hair, and for me it washes out after about three hair washes. I don’t mind that though. I also use the hairline powder to cover grey, which might suit you better.
