I decided to try out sous vide cooking since it's all the rage lately. This vacuum sealer really did the trick! I just followed the instructions (see my video for help if needed), plopped the vacuum sealed bag in my pot with my sous vide cooker, and it was done an hour-ish later!The vacuum sealing was fast and painless. I messed one up because I didn't follow the instructions and make the bag flat, so the vacuum wasn't sucking out air. But luckily, it's very obvious when that happens, so you can notice if something went wrong right away. It was also very fast, which I was happy about! No water was able to get in and nothing in the bag got out while cooking, so the seal was perfect! And the bag sank to the bottom, so the vacuum worked great and sucked out all the air!
