Ive used surface shield/cosmoline/fluid film, and this stuff is way easier to apply, you dont feel the need to wrap up your entire body to avoid getting unwanted chemicals all over you, and especially compared to fluid film, it wont wash away when you look at it. If you are looking to protect your vehicle, woolwax needs to be your first and only solution. highly recommend!!!

This stuff is GREAT! It prevents rust from starting, and stops rust from spreading. The aerosol cans allow you to DIY without a compressor or spray gun. If you want your vehicle to last, you should treat it with WoolWax!

I like that the the hose was very small diameter and I didn’t have to take a part so many panels from my 98 four runner I was able to get in 90% of the areas I needed to. Removed front turn signal lights and I gave access to the inner fender well it’s got into the small holes in the hood and in the Cowell by the windshield wipers. Didn’t like the top spewed out the waxy product quite often. I wrapped a shop paper shop towel around the can and the nozzle button and that prevented a lot of mishaps. Can gets very slippery!

Ok fellow JK owners - you MUST use this every summer under your car. Prevents rust! Seriously! There are videos that show this. It will preserve your toys underbody! I live in the north and with salt and snow on the roads, rust is normal. This will prevent it I swear!

I have used fluid film in the past. I think this is practically the same thing but a different formula. It goes on the same and has a waxy like texture when cured. Best part - it smells citrus like and doesn't seem so caustic in nature. I will give this 5 stars for that alone. I will update my review further down the line as the true test will be if the rust starts to appear on my chassis after a few months.
