I loved this cup it is great for keeping things cool or warm. We purchased this and it quickly became our favorite cup. When teething our toddler bit a hole in the spout. I contacted the company trying to purchase more spouts. The company promptly replied and sent them free of charge. So grateful for the company and experience. A great cup. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted a sippy cup that is not plastic. This sippy cup was made out of the materials I was looking for, it doesn't break when thrown or dropped, and it doesn't leak. My 2 year old chewed the tip and now it can leak out of the nipple a little, but that's to be expected and can't be avoided. All in all, it has held up very well.

Absolutely love this cup!! Easy transition from bottle to this cup for mi Don and it keeps his milk cold in the summer and keeps it warm in the winter!!

This is a nice product, I like the different options for spouts (even if my toddler only likes the sippy spout). Customer service was amazing! Quick responses, I emailed the company for additional spouts and sport straw lid and they quickly had them shipped to me. The only downside, which isn’t necessarily the product, my toddler throws things. I wish the cup was a little thicker, since the bottom is now dented because my toddler throws it. I will definitely buy this product again. (Maybe after he stops throwing things.)

Durable, not garish looking, holds a lot, and can grow with your kid! I’m a fan.I bought this starter set, but I wanted to get the next “phase” accessories for this item. I emailed the company to find out where I could purchase them since they aren’t listed on Amazon. They emailed back within the day and sent the goods for free. Really unexpected, and they didn’t ask for a review in return…but I’m going to give one because it is a great product, especially when you are trying to phase out a plastic like we are! Just had a glass (with silicone sleeve) sippy cup shatter the other day, so now we are going with this brand. Easy to make the switch, probably should have done it sooner.

My 1 year old daughter used these to transition from bottle to sippy nipple. She transitioned without any issues and loves them! She did bite one of the nipples pretty hard, puncturing it. I reached out to customer service in order to replace the nipple (this is a downfall, you HAVE to reach out to customer service; you cannot just buy replacement parts) and they were incredibly helpful and lovely to work with!My daughter has chucked these sippys on the tile floor for months. Unfortunately she has cracked the plastic screw top, so I will need to replace that as well. Honestly I don’t believe this is a defect in the design, just my daughter consistently throwing the item has caused it to break.

Stylish, keeps milk cold, better for the environment and their customer service is incredible!!!!!!

Overall, these are great bottles. The liquid stays cool on hot days and they're easy for little ones to use. Only complaint would be the top ring breaking after repeated dropping and the handles are wiggly so pretty useless, we just take them off. But I have three and I would certainly recommend them.
