Can this table be used for doing exercises?

NO! it's supposed to be used for massage, and cannot withstand heavy force. The one I purchased couldn't even be used for massage, as it broke while a client was laying on it. And the "warranty"... total lies. I had it 4 months and the seller won't even respond. I highly DONT recommend

I use twin sized sheets. The elastic on the bottom sheet keeps it on the table nicely.
