Are these re-usable? If yes, how many times can I re-use?

They are reusable, I think the number if times depends on what you are doing with it. We have had ours for about a month and keep it in those plactic throw away containers of spring mix and spinach.  We have been using the same 2 (one in each bin) for that month. The instructions say that it can still be used as long as they have the "maple smell" and our s5ill have it. These are quite AMAZING.  They are saving our produce and making it last much longer than they ever have before. Now I onky have to buy a new container because I run out of spinach.

I don't keep my produce loose in the frig, but in Debbie Myers green bags..would I just put a sheet in each bag?

How well does this work with onions & potatoes?

Yes it does. I learned this by "accident." I keep onions and potatoes in a paper bag in my pantry. One day I threw, what I thought were spent sheets from the produce bin in the frig' into the onion bag just on a lark. They have done a great job of extending the life of the onions and potatoes. I now line the bottom of the bag with them, I also put them on the bottom of a hanging wire fruit basket I use for tomatoes and ripening summer fruits. They say they will last for a month, but I have gotten more life than that from the sheets.

Question 4

Which fruits? What veggies?  It seems great for greens and berries, but will the sheets do anything for bananas? Asparagus?  A cut up melon?

I use it in my vege drawer in the fridge. And I keep it in my fruit bowl. Bananas, apples and pears. Even with blueberries and cherries. I haven't tried with cut up fruit.
