I actually purchased 3 of these 'cool cushions' and they are fantastic. I keep one in the car so that I can feel cool and relaxed while travelling. It has made journeys so much more pleasant. As well as the cooling effect the cushion also helps cut inflammation and arthritic pain in hips and spine. I keep one one my seat in sitting room for same reason and I keep one on my pillow and, at last, I don't use 3 towels per night drying myself from sweating. They are soft and very comfortable at all times. I have recommended them to some of my friends.

I bought this during the last heat wave. I put it in the fridge a couple of hours before I went to bed and then placed into my pillow case. It works really well, it makes such a difference to have a cool head and neck when trying to get to sleep on warm evenings. I was able to drift off to sleep much easier. I would say that it will not remain cool for 4 hours as claimed, I found 45M-1H15M realistically on a really warm night, but I'm not bothered as I just wanted something that would keep my head cool until I drifted off and that it does. Even without putting it in the fridge, it still dissipates heat really well and gives a nice cool pillow feel .

This is a good product and has been useful during the hot weather. It was not as 'cooling' as I had hoped, but I am glad I have purchased it.

Worth shelling out for. My head gets so hot. No idea why. Might be a new phase of the menopause. I have to have the window open at night now, even in these current freezing temperatures. Even so, I was forever turning the pillow over throughout the night because my head would wake me up feeling like it was being slow-cooked! Even new pillows didn't help. I lie my head directly on it and feel such relief.

A welcome relief to night time hot flushes. They are simple to use. You can put them in fridge for extra coolness but fine as they are. I have two and alternate them throughout the night. Easy to pack away if going on vacation. Very useful. Great service from seller.

Great simple product. Can put it inthe fridge if you want it very cold. Dog loves it when hot. I alreadybhave one and great for cooling down in bed.

I was desperate to do anything to keep my temperature down at night as I have been really struggling to get a good nights sleep for the last couple of months. I am a lady of a certain age! I decided to buy this gel mat along with some Japanese silk pillow cases (which actually had better reviews than this gel mat). From trying both products, I found this gem Matt much more effective in keeping my head cold during the night, which in turn helped me get a better nights sleep. This was also a third of the price. My only couple of negative points are that it was a little bit hard under my head (but not enough to cause a real problem) and that it has to go in the fridge before use.

La compré para probar porque por el precio me pareció que podía estar bien y en caso de que no me convenciera no perdía mucho. No tenía ninguna fe en que funcionara ¿Por qué iba a enfriarse sin pasar previamente por la nevera o un sitio frío? Y lo cierto es que si la tienes a temperatura ambiente no llega a enfriar casi (al menos en mi caso, en mi casa de Madrid, último piso con calorazo veraniego). Pero dejándola unos minutos al lado del aire acondicionado y luego conlocándola en la almohada, me aguanta como media hora bastante fresquita. Aún así tiene un pequeño problema, y es que, aún con la tela de la funda de almohada, al apoyar la cabeza (en mi caso duermo de lado), sientes el plástico del producto y es menos agradable que la almohada. Por otro lado, si duermes boca arriba no hay tanto problema. En resumen: En general está bien, y funcionar funciona aunque no me parece del todo cierto que no haya que hacer nada para que enfríe, y hay que valorar si prefieres dormir con la cabeza sobre plástico fresquito o sobre la almohada cómoda pero caliente.

Realmente no vale para nada o sólo para gastar dinero. Sólo si lo metes en la nevera puedes disfrutar un rato de frescor, en cuanto se disipa el frío se acabó, la almohadilla no disipa nada, al menos en un clima mediterráneo.
