I like life extension products. They’re a good quality for the money. The trace minerals are only taken once a day and easy to swallow, not too big. They do have a slightly unpleasant taste.

Great so far
So far I really like. I like that the bottle has 90 capsules and you only need 1 each day so the bottle lasts a while. I haven't really noticed any major changes but I have noticed my hair isn't shedding quite as much. Hoping it will continue, I've only been taking for about a few weeks now.
