We were leaving for a 24 hour trip on Saturday morning. When the travel tray arrived it was missing some of the pieces. We contacted customer service and he apologized and said he would send a new one next day air so that it would arrive in time for our trip. He also refunded our money from the original purchase.We have a very active three year old who always likes to be doing something. The travel tray fit the bill nicely. Our son was able to eat snacks, play with hot wheels cars, play with play dough , color and watch his tablet. The flip up lip and detachable storage pouches were a big plus for us.
