Review: Radiant skin + smaller pores - I'm 35 and have been seeing an esthetician for several years who carries Jan Marini's skincare line. She uses this C-Esta Serum during my monthly facial, and it is so amazing for brightening my complexion and giving me smooth, even, dewy, radiant skin! Buying a bottle of this product was a splurge for me. It's typically around 100 bucks, which is more than I want to spend on a single skincare product. However, I couldn't refuse Jan Marini's 20% off Black Friday sale here. I bought it directly from desertcart, not a third-party seller, and the product is perfectly fine, smells right, has the correct consistency, etc., exactly the same as what I've purchased from my esthetician over the years (and yes, sometimes it's grainy). C-Esta really does lift and tighten. I always notice in the bathroom mirror how my pores appear smaller a few minutes after applying this serum. The dispenser pump works well. A bottle lasts me several months. The product is indeed watery in consistency and smells a bit like flowers + tropical fruit. It's hard to describe, but it smells amazing. Really happy to have scored this for a discount.

**Q: I did order this item on april 20,2020;  however, i never received it!  item is jan marini step 2 c-esta face serum.  why didn't i receive it?**
A: Contact Amazon Distributor that sold it to you.

**Q: What is the expiration date on this lot?**
A: I don't know the expiration, but I ordered about the same time from the same vendor and mine was very grainy. I have used this product for years and order regularly from Amazon although I know the Jan Marini company does not approve. I returned this item immediately fearing it was a fake and might have something harmful in it. Quinstra had the nerve to charge me a 15% restocking fee! I have been meaning to let Amazon know this and am sorry you had to ask this question. I will never order from Quinstra again. Amazon, can you remove them as a vendor?

A: I do not have any product now.

**Q: how long will this last if used once a day?**
A: I have never counted the days, but it seems like a very long time.
