Good Grips Etched Medium Grater, Yellow

The companion to the larger OXO coarse cheese grater, this small model is also an etched grater that produces a fine shred quickly, but is uni-directional instead of bi-directional like so many graters these days. Like most any food, grated cheese begins oxidizing the moment it is shredded, so the flavor of cheese shredded from a brick is really much better than buying from a bag. Because it's etched, it's super-sharp, so I wouldn't recommend it for shaky or clumsy hands. OXO hits it perfectly. This medium grater is very sharp, easy to use and safe to handle. It comes with an slip-on and off cover for protection and cleans up in a snap. The rubber surround and handle protect your cutting board or glass bowl as you grate. This is second grater I've purchased (zester, medium grater, and coarse grater.) They can stack one on top of another and don't take up a lot of space in the utensil drawer. Highly recommend.

I purchased two of these OXO graters, one for coarse grating and the other for medium grating. They've quickly become two of my favorite kitchen tools. They work extremely well for grating both hard and softer cheeses, chocolate, carrots, onions, and anything else I've tried on them. They are very sharp, with a grating surface similar to a micro-plane, and make short work of any grating task. The medium grater is especially good at grating parmesan cheese, producing a fluffy and airy mound of grated cheese in a flash. I also like that they are dishwasher safe and come with a snap-on cover that protects the sharp edges when storing them in a kitchen drawer with other utensils. Highly recommended!

I had been looking for a handheld grater for most of this year. With the pandemic, most local stores didn't have a sturdy one and I wanted something in time for Thanksgiving. Hence Amazon to the rescue! This handheld grater is very sturdy and sharp so I was able to grate cheese, chocolate and ginger very easily and without much effort. Easy to clean and a Fantastic grip!

Lo mejor que he tenido para rallar el queso

Phantastische Reibe für Knoblauchzehen und Ingwer. Diese Reibe hat den großen Vorteil, dass sie etwas „gebogen“ ist. So kann sie auf dem Küchenbrett liegen, während man den Ingwer reibt. Das ist echt viel entspannter, als mit anderen Reiben.
