They are also dish washer and micro wave safe and seem to be holding up very well with no warping or anything. They seal up well and "click" on solidly when you attach the lid. I wouldn't use them for runny liquids but for normal food they are fantastic. Also they stack on top of each other in the fridge very well and even more so when disassembled in the cupboard... you can put 50 of these things in a very small 12" by 6" space. I want to throw all my other mismatched containers away now that are constantly falling out of the cupboard when I'm rustling around trying to find a lid that matches. They are a good size and look nice. The only problem with them is that if you microwave them depending on what you put in it. It will burn onto the container and can’t get it off.
